No. CareOps works alongside your HMS/HIS, EMR, lab, pharmacy and rostering systems as an intelligence layer. It does not replace them, and it is not a clinical decision-support tool. It focuses on operational signals such as capacity, flow, turnaround and workload.
Hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and healthcare networks, and in particular the operations leaders, administrators, department heads and IT teams responsible for how the organisation runs day to day.

Yes, that is the core of the platform. CareOps is designed to connect through system connectors, file imports, an API and webhooks. Each integration shows its current status (Preview, Coming soon or Planned) on the Integrations page, and you can request the ones you need.
Yes. Workspaces can model multiple hospitals, clinics or sites, with site-level filters, comparisons and permissions. Location limits depend on the plan.
No. CareOps is designed to sit on top of your existing systems and read the operational data they already produce.
AI & security
The assistant answers operational questions in plain language using the data your workspace has access to. Every answer shows the sources it used, it respects each user’s permissions, and any action it suggests (such as creating an alert rule) needs a person to confirm it. The assistant on this website is a scripted preview using illustrative data.
The platform is designed for enterprise security requirements: role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, tenant isolation and scoped API keys. See the Security page for the full architecture. We do not claim certifications we have not yet obtained, and we will publish attestations as they are completed.
